One envelope: high temperature and high pressure. Every product page carries the full technical data, the standards that apply per requirement, the inspection scope and the document list - and a statement of where the valve is not the right choice.
The same valve is reached from more than one of these. They cut the range by different questions: what the duty is, how the body-bonnet joint is made, how the body was made, where it sits in the plant, and what mechanism will wear it out.
Cast and forged construction are both included here. This is the performance entry point, so the qualifying condition is the duty, not the manufacturing route. Where the route matters to you, use the integral forged category, which applies a stricter test.
Only products that demonstrably use a pressure seal bonnet or a self-energising centre-cavity joint are collected here. Bolted bonnet valves are excluded from this category even where they serve the same system.
Only products whose page, drawing or technical file can demonstrate that the body is integrally forged are collected here. Integral forged and one-piece forged are not mechanically interchangeable with each other on every valve, and neither is interchangeable with a forged-and-welded assembly. Where a body is fabricated from forged components and welded, it is described that way and does not appear in this category.
Power Plant Valve, Power Station Valve and Power Plant Specific Valve are the same procurement intent and are served by this single page rather than by three competing ones. Individual valve types keep their own detail pages.
Collected here are constructions engineered against a specific failure mechanism rather than against a rating alone. Where the conditions are not defined, the first deliverable is a data-gathering exercise, not a valve.
Sizes and classes are the standard catalogue range. Anything outside it is project-dependent and confirmed case by case.

Self-energizing bonnet joint. Standard above Class 900, where bolt load alone cannot hold a gasketed joint through thermal cycling.

Selected by where the valve sits rather than by what it is called. Main steam, feedwater, extraction and boiler outlet each have a different governing condition.
